Galadrim supports the Clarins group in the launch of a new beauty subscription service.
Clarins was founded in 1954 and is today a major player in the cosmetics sector. No. 1 in Prestige skincare in Europe*, the company markets a wide range of products through its network of physical shops and via its website.
In total, the group is present in 150 countries and has over 8,500 employees.
In 2019, Clarins' innovation branch has decided to develop a new offer proposing users to subscribe to recurring subscriptions. These subscriptions enable them to put together a personalized box of beauty products every two months, which is delivered to their home. It is also possible to offer a subscription as a gift to a loved one, so that they can create their own box. Galadrim has been selected in 2019 to support Clarins in the creation of this new offer.

The selection of beauty products as well as certain content and design elements vary according to themes proposed by the site administrators.
To facilitate the modularity of the interface, we have developed a custom back office that allows administrators to modify, add or delete products, content and certain visual elements.
We also support Clarins in the implementation of digital marketing and emailing campaigns. For example, we develop specific landing pages to promote current offers.
In order to prevent possible peaks in usage, for example during the Christmas period, we have favoured the use ofElastic Beanstalk, a service from Amazon that automatically adapts to the increase in load.
The Clarins Unlimited subscription service is now a long-term one. The offer continues to evolve and adapt to the needs of customers.
