One of the leading independent pharmacy groups chooses Galadrim to support its digital transformation
Since its creation in 2007, Leadersanté's mission has been to pool the skills of pharmacies in order to develop a common offer and become an innovative player in the health sector.
For example, in 2013, the group launched Leadersanté Laboratories with the aim of developing own-brand pharmaceutical products. More than 250 products are now marketed by the brand.
Driving a global digital transformation quickly became a major challenge for Leadersanté. It seemed necessary to create a common structure for all the pharmacies spread throughout the country. The aim of this structure was to facilitate and improve the processes of pharmacies.
It was also essential for the group to offer its members new sales channels and differentiating services in order to consolidate its action and its offer.
In total, we have developed about ten tools for internal use or for users.
Among these tools, we have developed the mobile application Ma Pharmacie Leadersanté. The application allows users to easily transfer their prescription to their pharmacist, to find the pharmacies in the Leadersanté network near their location or to buy certain pharmaceutical products by click & collect.
In view of the health emergency linked to Covid-19, we have also integrated into the application a calendar allowing people to make an appointment for a PCR test or to be vaccinated. At the same time, a back-office tool for pharmacists was developed to facilitate the processing of prescriptions and appointments. We have also implemented an accounting management solution for pharmacies.
We collaborate on a daily basis with the Leadersanté teams using an agile methodology that allows for great adaptability to the changes that the group is undergoing.
