As a Lead Developer at Galadrim, you will be part of several multi-expertise teams with the mission to design and develop products with high business impact for our clients.

Your responsibilities within the team will include:
Define project architecture and choose technologies
To guarantee the technical quality of projects
Advise clients on the definition of a product roadmap and prioritize business issues.
Participate in product design with customers and designers
Coaching developers to support their progress
The aim is for you to master all the facets of the Software Engineer's job: database, back-end, front-end, external services, deployment tools, testing, scalability, with the aim of becoming an expert in the field and passing on your know-how to our team.
In order to maximize your progress :
You will be encouraged to focus on the most complex issues of each project
The other Galadrim Lead Developers and the CTO will be by your side to support you
You will be able to participate in a code review program between Galadrimeurs
You will have unlimited access to video courses from experts on our technologies
You will be able to attend courses or workshops organized by different Galadrimeurs
